At MotoDesign we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, every time you shop with us.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by MotoDesign. Therefore, we recommend that you return your item by recorded delivery. The cost of returning items for the reasons above is your responsibility.
We do not accept returns for customized graphics and other customized products that have been made specifically for you.
Damaged / Defective or Incorrect item
If you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Under these circumstances, we will exchange the product at our expense and refund your return postage costs. If you receive a product which is subsequently found to be defective, you should contact us immediately for further instructions.
Please return items to the address below with a copy of your invoice and / or your name, address and invoice number, a description of the nature of the error or fault and state if you require a refund or an exchange.
